Yes, 1 and 2 are mounted on the radiator. 3 and 4 are mounted on the case but practically they are at the same distance from the radiator as 1 and 2. They blow in the radiator directly.

I forgot to mention that there are 2 fans on the top of the case blowing hot air outside and 1 fan on the back of the case doing the same.

I finally solved it. It was indeed the BIOS. After updating it everything works fine.
