hey i just bought a new system and i didnt realize that my psu might not be enough watt in will a 650w be enough for a red dragon v2 rx580 and amd ryzen 3 1300x? thanks- hallsimon

Hey i just overclocked my i5-6600k to 4.1 ghz and set my voltage at 1.152 but my vcore is at 2.5v. Is this safe or have i missunderstood what vcore is? Thanks- hallsimon
