Can i mix a 2133 mhz Corsair LPX 2x4 DDR4 set with a 2400 mhz Corsair LPX 2x4 DDR4 set, the 2133 is overclockable to 2400 though, they just have different timings.

Hello! So I'm about to purchase a graphics card (GTX 950) Now I have 2 options, either MSI GTX 950 or PALIT GTX 950 StormX Dual. Both are almost at the same price, PALIT is 1$ cheaper. So which one should i get? I will be overclocking the one i get just a tiny bit though.
