I usually update my Nvidia GPU's driver from "Geforce Experience" but now i saw that even window update was offering an update for my GPU. Should I install the update from window update or not ?

xD actually the way I installed window 7 onto my PC was via a USB stick but the problem here is that the window setup is in the computer itself. So I'll have to download it again But wait, are you sure that it will repair and I'll not have to reinstall the windows ?
