    I don't know, but maybe it's because of the PSU, even though you have high wattage. did you check if the CPU power cable is connected right if it has one, or if you have 8 pins, not 6 pins in your GPU?

    My CPU has a high CPU usage in total, but Minecraft only uses less than half of my CPU, and I have quite high settings.

    I don't think that it will be worse than my old GPU, or? It had 100 percent bottleneck with my CPU, and I got a new one because my GPU was too bad for my CPU, it seems that my CPU doesn't really have high usage.

    I tried with new drivers, and oddly, it still is the same. Somehow, the GPU isn't stressed whatsoever! It didn't even use 20 percent of the GPU

    Mine had a 6 pin connection, with two pins to connect to it.

    I bought an RX 570 from ASUS, and I had a AMD HD 4850, and somehow, it's way slower in games than my old one. I have 12GB of DDR3 RAM, a Acer FX58 mainboard, and a i7 920. I don't want to use my old one, because its too slow, and I don't have the money for a new pc.
