i tried that but i think its my psu which is failing, because first the signal problem was because i put wrong hdmi cable from gpu to monitor, but now, with right cable, the pc starts and shows manufacturer splash screen but then the pc just restarts itself and same happens

hey, i just got this weird problem when i upgraded my cpu, ram and mobo. When i start the pc, gpu fans spin for few seconds and then stop spinning. My monitor doesnt get signal from the gpu, and i have confirmed that i plug the video cable on the gpu, not mobo. My motherboards internal graphics...

there is also a whistling noise coming from the pc and when i tried to get into windows it froze on the manufacturer logo

I think i found it in bios, there is system 5v and it says 5.200V, system 12V and it says 12.192V

I will check that but i noticed that when i had the gtx 1060 installed in my pc, the pc didnt start, it just tried to restart itself, but when i put the 560, it boots to desktop but then the white screen comes randomly

Yesterday i upgraded mobo, cpu and ram on my pc, but the monitor has been going randomly white, and i had to hard boot it. So i want to know what mobo is good for overclocking i5 9600k to 4.5-4.7 range. My budget is 140-160 euros.

So im thinking to buy the 2700 non-x version, hyperx fury 16gb 3200mhz ram and asrock b450 pro4 motherboard. My question is should i be able to play pubg for example at ~144 fps 1080p at lowest settings. btw my gpu is 1060 6gb version that is overclocked a bit.
