Hello, i swapped RAM while my pc was connected to power but was not on. Now i have black screens but no beeping or something. Is my motherboard broken? Cpu and gpu fans are still spinning, holding the power button doesn't work aswell. Tried different slots and RAM too. Thanks for any help.
