Those two games are just broken as hell. I have the same problems. It's an issue with the games and not with your hardware.

The new Amd cpu's will be much beter than their latest ones. I think it is worth it to go for Amd this time but we still have to wait for some benchmarks to confirm this.

Good card for a great price. Just ask if you could test the card first before you buy it because it could be broken.
