UPDATE: Issue has been fixed. Was an error with the router being unable to handle the plan they upgraded us to during the pandemic. we're at 150 now which is the best for our area, but hey, still better than 0.25 :ROFLMAO:

It has 4 ethernet ports, I've tried them all. Test results are nigh identical. It appears to be an issue with either the modem, or the internet itself. Test results through speedtest app on wifi are very similar.
