i fixed at least part of it i deleted Windows 10 Version 1607 and it fixed the non responsive screen thingy but not the system interrupts apparently i did not fix it it just took longer to appear.

Hi there,so lately I've noticed a bit of a problem that is extremely annoying, in the bottom right corner of my screen there is a rectangle that is invisible and there are no windows there and every time i try to click in there it does not work, the task bar in that area works fine and windows...
