    does not matter, all resolutions get 100 percent usage. Upscaling gives worse fps.

    Okay, so i got an amd fx-8350, and in games, after 5-10 mins in-game it throttlesdown to 1.2, and it just plain drops my fps by 90 percent. My mobo is an MSI 970 Gaming, im using a 650 watt psu and and r9 390, 8gb ram. Im using a watercooler, so i dont know if it's maybe the vrm. The cpu start...
