i just booted into recovery mode and i was able to access the control prompt, i didnt do the method perfectly as i missed some words but i was able to use my mouse and keyboard and i was able to use the restore point system atleast and here i am posting from my own computer, thank you everyone...

i was trying to prevent windows 10 from auto installing drivers and used group policy editor for that so far so good, until i gone full retard and removed generic usb drivers using device manager and now i cant use mouse or keyboard, i am using my brother laptop to ask for help so please help.
