    The recommended drivers from HP's driver detection software were a WLAN driver, a connection optimizer, a bluetooth driver, and another bluetooth driver, those have been installed, I tried playing it, and I'm not sure what changed but the problem seems to be solved, at least on Modern Warfare

    When I click through device manager and click update driver, and then select "search automatically for drivers" it says the latest driver has been installed for everything, and under windows update its set to update drivers automatically.

    I power down the tower every night, this is an ongoing issue.

    I usually update my GPU driver through GeForce Experience, I'm unsure how to check the other drivers.

    I bought my prebuilt HP Omen pc in the height of the GPU scalper season, and it seems to run almost every game like a dream. Rust, CSGO, Valorant, Destiny 2, Apex Legends, and PUBG are some of the games I've run it on, however anytime I load up any Call of Duty on my pc I get into the game...

    [SOLVED] I bought a prebuilt Omen a little while ago, since GPUs are so expensive, however, I've been having some really bad framedrops in Valorant and Rust.

    It appears to not be dropping frames. I played one game of ranked on a aim train server on Rust, and it maintained 144 fps throughout, it might start to drop frames as the pc heats up however, I would have to play longer to find out.

    I cleaned out the fans and GPU and the dust in general from the pc, and trimmed the SSD am playing Rust to figure it out now

    I also have the NVIDIA overlay and noticed that my CPU is sitting around 20% utilization while my GPU was at 40-60% while playing Rust

    I'll clean it out. I haven't since I bought it honestly, would this explain the constant fps drops?

    Its 2 RAM sticks. Each 8GB. I have DxDiag, I'm unsure how to use the UserBenchmark. As for the things running in the background. The only things I see on my taskbar is Discord and Rust/Valorant.

    The specs of my pc are GeForce RTX 3070, i7-10700K CPU @ 3.8GHz, 16 GB of RAM, DISK C which is an SSD with 477GB, and DISK D which is a HDD with 932 GB. My rust sits around 130 FPS on average, and lately has been frequently dropping to 60-80 FPS. Valorant has roughly the same issues.
