Building a new pc. everything seems to be running fine except i have one error. the BIOS says the cpu fan is not working and when i look into the case its on. Why would it say their is an error when its clearly working? how can i fix this? the cpu fan is the coolermaster hyper evo.

Ok so I built my first computer and I have my first problem. When I put my windows 8 into the disc drive and tell the BIOS to boot from the disc drive it won't recognize the dis in the drive and start installing. It just keeps directing me back to the BIOS
