I have a game library of 3 games. When I fullscreen any of them my monitor turns a solid color. It so far has turned blue, white, black, and yellow. I cannot find a way to view my desktop again. Audio still plays. All my drivers are up to date. I have a GTX 1050. Any ideas on how to fix this?

My problem is I want to be able to access ARRIS router's config where I can edit QoS settings. A few months ago I could go to 192.168.0.1 and it would bring me to ARRIS but now it brings me to Cox. ??? I have had cox communications for years I did not recently switch.
