Could clearing CMOS do it since I can't find a switch?

Yep. I think you guys are right. It is saying .8Ghz How do I fix it. Just OC like normal or is there a certain way I go about this. The Mobo is a MSI Z270 Sli Plus if that helps.

That was the first thing I checked and I reinstalled the OS and all the drivers. Afterburner said my CPU is running at 100% at 30 C and my GPU is running at 40% at 40 C. I double checked using cpuid HW monitor and it said the CPU was around 50% and the GPU is about the same.

I got this board when I first started building I used 2 AMD GPU's in crossfire X. Well they died and I got a GTX 760 to replace it. I want to get another for SLI but tiger direct or newegg says nothing about SLI. The motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H Intel 7 Series Motherboard.

I have a 5400RPM 1TB external HDD. (I replaced the original 7200RPM 500GB for use in my PC) I want to attach it to my router for network storage but my router doesnt have USB like my old asus router did. Would there be anyway to use it with out having it constantly connected to my PC?
