I did, it was Gigabyte Controller Center. But it won't still change.

Update I can say that it is now fixed. What I did was use the wired RGB controller of the fan (can be used by connecting it to the Reset Switch/Button) while the 3 pin is still connected to the motherboard. Turned it off by holding it for 5 seconds and now I can program the lights to my likings...

Hi everyone! I just want to ask if there's anyway to control the light of my Darkflash C6MS fan through Gigabyte's B550M DS3H motherboard. I already plugged it in the motherboard's D_LED 1 (3fans) and D_LED 2 (3 fans) and unsure if I can make the lights controllable. Any help is appreciated!

Please post your system specifications. You don't really explained what is the issue, is it the high power draw? If it is, I think it's normal during gaming.

The main thing that will wear out in a PSU is capacitors. Usually good prand PSU's using good brand capacitors will unlikely wear out within 5 years. Some cheaper PSU's can have leaky capacitors within a year or two. Running a PSU near to its max output and heat will also shorten the life of it...

A 550w PSU on a 1080 is kinda a bit short imo.

What do you mean you can't remove the 24 pin? 24 pin have a latch holding it in place, have you tried pressing it when you tried removing it? gtx 750 is much better than the 1030 in games. I would suggest testing different PSU first, as using an faulty PSU might lead to more issues.

What's your system temperature while gaming? And try checking the monitor's cable.

it's an old PSU, i would suggest getting a new one as it could damage your components if it's starts failing.
