For a sataIII ssd use sata 3 connector.There should be sata cable included with the ssd.Make sure you use sata3 ports also(Refer your mobo manual).

Nope the temps are fine.You should start worrying if the temps go over 80c.Stress test does not reflect real world usage.Voltage seems ok, your cpu does not have good binning.

Are the sata plug and power are plugged in correctly?If yes try using other sata port or power cable.

Your best bet is to reset the bios.But are you using xmp profile?Do you change the voltage?maybe the problem lies in not enough voltage.Refer to manual to see the original settings.
