The message about the cable is the monitor telling you that windows does not display on the second monitor before you log in.

There is no load on the cpu at bios, and there are multiple points that voltage is read going into the cpu before the cpu die. The best way to overclock is incremental increase. Not all silicon is the same for overclocks.

Not overclockable motherboard chipsets are equal. If it where a high end z77 motherboard I would say the bios is missing a few option, jut try another bios version. In your case try BCLK overclocking.

You can not or should not run it with that psu. I would go with a evga 500w or corsiar 500watt psu. If you use that psu, the psu itself will most likely die, and it may kill your other components. Otherwise it is okay. It will game decently, but the cpu will bottleneck it. You may get 40 fps...

Unless you keep 20 or more chrome tabs open and lots of other apps open while you game, you probably won't even use all 8gb of ram. Though 8gb of ram is a lot less than a 250gb ssd. Need help finding other ways to save? Just say the other components you propose.
