it was off by default, for some additional information, freesync works perfectly and stays on while playing tarkov, which has a max frame rate of 120, however, when I restrict any other game to 120, it dosnt help. It shouldnt matter, because the freesync range is 48-144.

Ok i solved it, i think one of the slots was fd up cause when i put it in the 2 and 4 slots instead of 1 and 3 it worked and booted fine, the system says there is 16 gb of ram too so i think its all working

ok so i fixed almost every thing, the computer detects the second display and lists it as hdtv, which it is, when i hit extend and move my mouse up, it disappears, presumably onto the tv, hwo ever the tv still says no signal and i dont know why. clearly the computer knows is there?
