Not sure if you have anything against AMD platforms but for around the prce of just the CPU. You can get an FX 8320-E which has great OC if needed and you can get a great MOBO with it from MicroCenter at a decent price buncled. Your CPU your looking at will cost about 30 bucks less I believe...
