Solved.
I replaced the ram and reset the CMOS
Started fine after that, not sure if it was the old rams fault of the Bios reset that fixed it but it’s working now!
Trying to install windows 11 on new build
I have secure boot enabled
Tpm 2.0
UEFI
but I got an error when trying to boot from usb FAT32
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Trying to do a clean install of windows 11 and running into problems.
my system is:
Msi z690 tomahawk
Intel i7 12700k
Ripjaw v 16gb 3600
3080 ti aorus master
Wd black sn850
Straight power 11 1000w
I’ve downloaded the installation media onto my usb and have entered the bios

the case came with standoffs already in the case and The motherboard IO bracket is sitting nice and tightly in the cut out slot for it no miss alignment there. So I don’t think the standoffs are the problem

not sure what picture you wanted but here some more the GPU needs to go down more but the backplate on the case is preventing it from doing so
This is the bracket on the GPU hard to see in picture but those braces are not aligned one is slightly more out than in
I hear a “click” but it’s very faint. But when I bench test with no case it’s a louder more pronounced “click!”which makes me think it’s not seating correctly into the pcie slot

I have the same problem with msi z690 tomahawk, fractal torrent and rtx 3080 ti aorus master…. Any suggestions? Someone said bend the backplate down so the GPU and sit properly
