Right now I got the hyper 212 evo but the temperature isn't the best and airflow is great in my case. I had the platinum corsiar aio sent it back because it was too loud and I didn't care for the rgb. Does anyone know a good cooler liquid or air, for the 3600 Ryzen 5.

I am using a ryzen 5 3600 and manually changing the clock speed to 4199 and setting voltage to 1.09375. I'm doing this to fix temperature issues and it worked but I just wanted to know if this can cause issues.

I had a swap for 1070 to a 2070 super, but I only have a 330w psu and I can't upgrade atm, so will my pc be fine if I limit the power of the card on msi afterburner? If so, how much should I limit it by?
