its not worth the extra 200 dollars and if your into overclocking you can get your gtx 970 to perform like a 980 onl difference being vram but if not overclocked still performs pretty great

upgrade your motherboard and cpu and make sure the motherboard fits in your case

I have a Gigabyte gtx 970 G1 gaming and its really great if you do gaming then its great i play Far cry 4 and it never goes below 60 with vsync on. also its 355 on amazon or newegg
