I recently installed msi afterburner as an overlay to show fps, but for some reason the fps is updating way too fast and you cant even read what the fps says because its updating too quickly instead of updating every 1 second or so. Is there a way to change this.

I upgraded from a fx-8350 to an i7-6700k. On the fx 8350 I could get a steady 144 fps on warframe and after I got my i7-6700k im only getting around 70 fps

I had skype, discord, and some other things. I ran the test without those things running and it did a little bit better on the test
