Recently I shifted my PC from the floor to my table and it has come to my attention that my pc is extremely noisy and constantly vibrates. The sound it makes is a low humming noise and it will shake my table. Does anybody know what might be causing this?

Apparently i had to burn the drivers into a disk to install the intel drivers, it would read the drivers as a x16 bit file from the thumbdrive for some reason.

Alright I found out how to fix this issue, click on search and type this %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\ Now you should see a file called transcodedwallpaper. rename it to transcodedwallpaper.jpg and it should work. Hope i helped someone out there other than myself.
