Did u try using your motherboard without the graphic card ?. And 80c for a gpu is not normal IMO. I doubt even overclocking your GPU gives that temperature but not sure.

Just do a clean install of windows in another partition (so that u will not loose your old installation) and check. Sometimes this will do the trick.
