How would I increase my wattage?

I am getting temperatures below 50 degrees Celsius. I should be using the dedicated GPU while playing games. The frequencies were about 3000 MHz but fluctuate a bit, which may be the issue.

It seems like every amd cpu bottlenecks it. I bet I will be fine for now and I will just upgrade in the future to the ryzen 4000 series.
