Use Kijiji, eBay, Craigslist you can get 4790k systems for 200$ CAD and 8600k’s for 300 CAD. 16gb of gskill ram for 70$. Staying under that 200$ will be hard but it’s doable.

Here’s what I’d do as quick checks.
Check your ram on your mobos qvl list.
Make sure all connections are firmly in place.
Download the newest bios, then reinstall windows and reinstall the newest bios.
Reinstall all the latest drivers off manufacturing websites.
Yeah like others said, igpu might be the way to go, anything older than a 770/780 and you’re really starting to push minimum requirements if you’re not playing games like csgo or league.
