How would this beast of a computer work as a server? Also how would this work in graphic intensive games? I don't plan on buying this, i just want to know if high priced items work well.

I want to upgrade from a 760 to a 970 or it's Radeon counter-part.
System Build:
CPU: AMD FX-8350
RAM: G.Skill Vengeance X 16GB (4x4)
Mobo: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
PSU: Corsair GS700
Current GPU: MSI 760 OC Edition
Will anything bottleneck a next gen card? Also, which brand should I go for?
A hard disk is the component that stores all of you data. If you don't have any space left, you got to get a better hard disk. There is always the option to delete things, though.
Yes, the 980 is better, but it just depends on whether or not you want to fork over the extra cash. If you have the money, I say go for it. But if you want to stay in budget, the 970 will preform well.
You said you wanted to learn how to OC your 8350. When I Over clocked my 8350, I used this site: http://www.overclock.net/t/1348623/amd-bulldozer-and-piledriver-overclocking-guide-asus-motherboard
It helps a lot.
I need some tips on how to OC a CPU. I got the programs needed (Prime95, HW monitor, etc.), but I don't seem to know what to do.

They will work together, but the motherboard will reduce the clock of the CPU. I just ran it through PC Part Picker and that's what I got. Link: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7VjbCJ
