    I think you will be fine as long as you keep a regular backup of your most important files you can run the risk of running the hard drive. I would be more concerned if both programmes indicated a problem with the hard drive

    Have you changed any settings in the bios? I would advise running bios if so and resetting values to default. Other options could include removing your battery if possible to ensure it is fully shutdown.
