GTX 1080 - Stutters / Very low performance

The temps are under control, I’ve tested many resolutions: 1920x1080 1600x900 1024x768 1280x960 etc, all get the same fps and the stutter. My GPU usage also stays quite low. The PSU is a 750W 80+ Gold EVGA. Not sure about exact model. Like I said, it was fine before but suddenly started acting up.

    "Gamemax" cases? (M909 Vega)

It does look fantastic but I would recommend a more popular brand so you can get good shipping (Crosair, Cooler Master, Phanteks, Be Quiet!, etc).

Which of these cases are the best?

I would recommend the Phanteks case. I personally find black cases much nicer but the DEEPCOOL case has way too big of a front panel. I have a case similar to the Phanteks case (Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5) and I absolutely love it.

    Deciding between two cases

I would go with the Corsair case for a few reasons; much more popular brand, very trusted brand, more hard drive slots, and a more chill design. The Azzy does look better but it is over the top on the designs, it is screaming "look at me! I'm better than everyone!".

HELP ME, to get a processor for EDITING!

Well the Ryzen 3 1300x is a 130$ CPU with 4 cores and 8 threads. If you can afford that then absolutely get it. If you can’t then get the Ryzen 3 1200.

    Pc performance problem

First, make sure you have vsync disabled. Second, make sure you have the latest drivers installed. Third, set the maximum pre-rendered frames to the lowest possible setting (which is 1) in Nvidia control panel. Fourth, if none of these have worked try to overclock your RAM. Most RAM is not set...

    Computer won't shut down completely

This could be a feature that got enabled that keeps your computer from shutting down so you can charge a phone or something while the pc is “off”

    Recording Issues on my PC

I’ve noticed that all my friends have issues with x264 encoding using any CPU with less than 8 threads. I would recommend using Nvidia NVENC encoder because usually your games use those 4 threads which is why the extra 4 threads i7 and newer i5s would have are better for recording.

    ryzen 1600x with 1060 6gb, bottlenecking?

What kind of RAM do you have? Just an idea, try overclocking your RAM because Ryzen is very RAM hungry

    Mouse lagging Win10

Input lag or does it look like a refresh rate lag?

    Infinite Boot Loop (Win10)

EDIT / FIX - I fixed the issue. I had to rearrange the RAM and for some reason that fixed the issue. All of the RAM is working and showing up in Windows as well so I know the RAM slots and RAM were not defective. I just added a hard drive (WD Black) and a new gpu (GTX 1080) to my pc. I ran DDU...
