It sounds like the glue may be conductive and shorts out the board every time you turn on your computer or there is water on the board. If that's the case you have to replace your mobo.

There is a couple things to look at here. If your CPU frequency (clock) drops after playing something CPU intensive, it may be thermal throttling due to insufficient cooling. Try installing HWInfo x64 and check your temps when you run any game. If it goes >90c it's most probably thermal...

Companies have already done things like this like Razer with their new "Razer Core" (connection through thunderbolt) and Dell with the same thing just cheaper. Personally, I would go with dell due to their long lasting capabilities (typing this on a 6 year old dell laptop that works flawlessly) and its two year warranty. They both seem to have around equal specs. I'd say, its up to you. Sincerely, Joshua Grullon

If you hold down the function key (fn) on the bottom left of your keyboard then press (ONCE) PrtScr (print screen), it should toggle the wifi adapter. This works with most all Toshiba laptops unless you modified it somehow. Tell me if it works, Joshua Grullon
