PC would shut down after a few minutes

My PC boots for a few minutes and shuts down, if I press the power button again it would flash and then shut down immediately. It all started when I foolishly cleaned my CPU fan under running water and failed to push the boxed push pins and stuck them with super glue which could have covered a teeny tiny chip near the pin area, I installed a new power supply but it still didn't work. The heat sink is working but I doubt its performance had upgraded. It might not be an overheat issue as the CPU usage was not full.

It sounds like the glue may be conductive and shorts out the board every time you turn on your computer or there is water on the board. If that's the case you have to replace your mobo.
