I've WinKey-P'd it on every conceivable cable swap. Problem is they're not detected....well...sometimes, but no rhyme or reason which makes me question power (see OP). ELSE bad GPU.

My apologies, the "wordiness" is simply an attempt to alleviate the need for follow up with previously stated facts. As stated, there are multiple cables, and all monitors will work properly independently, VGA or DP, on all three GPU ports.

See OP. Two monitors are connected from the DP output to the HDMI input on the Monitors via a DP to HDMI converter cable. The primary is connected straight through VGA.

errmm...the ASUS VE228 monitors aren't 4K and the ThinkCentre M900 is a desktop.

I've never had luck with Thermaltake PSUs, granted I only bought ones from RadioShack in a pinch when I needed to get a core system back up quickly in a business environment but they never lasted and the output never actually matched the advertised Wattage as measured by a PSU tester device...

Does 'BIOS' recognize the Drive? What mode is it set to UEFI or Legacy? Is the drive set as priority? Per drivinfast247 does 'BIOS' have an MBR (boot partition) to hook? It's POSTing so...dunno remove the graphics card and see if it runs via onboard VGA then figure out why the add on GPU bugs...
