Hi, Im planning on getting 2 EVGA GTX 950 FTW ACX 2.0 I saw that it runs at a 1,203 GHz speed but that is can be boosted up to 1,405Ghz. I was wondering how? Does it come with some kind of software and if so how do I make the cards run at the boosted speed with that software? Thanks in advance!

I have found a list of Motherboard's that have what I am looking for but they almost all downgrade the PCI x16 to x8 when 2 GPU's are used, is this normal?
