The fact that you put a rx 560 and it crashed it might be coincidence. RX 560 love crashing with the drivers, now the rx 5600xt, u might need to undervolt it and see if it still crashes. Im assuming u did all the safe mode, DDU etc.

The rx 470 that i have only works when you switch the pcie lane to x4 on the bios. I tried everything, updating vbios, different rigs, reseating it. On the 1st rig and 3rd rig it gives me the VGA light lit up in motherboard. Anyone had this problem or has any idea why it happens? Btw it happens...

Ik this is simple but u made sure you arent on 30 Hertz on your monitor? It might be switching it to 4k 30 hertz everytime you put the 3060 or 3080 in there.

I didnt read thru everyones post/comments but it looks like its using your iGPU (the CPUs internal graphics). Thats what it looks like. I forget how to fix it, try googling it. I think is in nvidia control panel.

SOLUTION MAYBE: stop window update from updating, safe mode, DDU the amd driver, install the RX 470 driver directly from AMD (not the autodetect) and the one that says “recommended”, it should work after that. It took me a bunch of tries and troubleshooting but i finally did it.
