I ended up reinstalling windows with the usb thankfully I didn't have anything too important on there but I appreciate all the help super weird issue and now the memory is showing the correct 12gb (9.98) Available . Thank you guys for all the help!

I tried this with the usb repair tool and then it gave me " An Error occurred while attempting to delete the specified element. Element not found."

I did and the same thing happened

It won’t let me into safemode it goes back to blue screen with the memory management error

Hello there, today I installed a new stick of ram into my Lenovo Ideapad 3 there is 4 gig sautered to the board and there is a 4gb stick of 3200installed. I bought an exact model of ram just a 8gb stick. I go to system and its showing 12GB ram (3.38) usable. So I go online and look for answers...

So I went to the website you linked there and it said that everything is up to date and I do not need to install anything. As far as the bios update I will have to try that in a couple days I am in the midst of a snow storm . Thank you guys for your responses I appreciate it!
