I have the same setup as you. Try to clear the CMOS and see if it will boot. (button is on the back panel with the usb connections, etc) If it boots and you still want to overclock, do it manually.

if you want the best megahalems however there are cheaper alternatives ($30-40 less, assuming you get a nice fan with the megahalems) which will run 4-6 degrees hotter
