Yeah I know, but other people report that they have the same problems with rx 590. Also I initially didn't though that I'll put an Rx590 on this psu. We bought an rx 580 but they accidentally shipped us an rx 590 lol. I'm starting to think that this was a bad luck :/

It will run on Medium with 30-60 fps (1366x768) On full HD (1920x1080) maybe on low with 40-60 fps

The CPU is not that powerful, it will bottleneck your GPU, I will suggest you buying Intel 7-th Gen Pentium G4560 for this GPU

Try removing any USB-s and stay only on Display connector and power cable

Restore the factory settings in the BIOS?

Try moving the settings in Nvidia Control Panel

Did you try reinstalling Windows?

No, it is not safe the TJunction is 100 degree and if you reach that temp your CPU may die

I think reinstalling Windows will only fix the issue

Full specs of your CPU?

GPU usage is low because the CPU is bottlenecking it.

If your mobo and CPU support Integrated graphics try removing the GPU and then start your PC

Go to start and search for "choose a power plan" open it and then select High Performance

- Check if the temps are OK - Update your Drivers - Check if the GPU is installed properly and check if the power cables are connected to the GPU - Reinstall Windows
