Ye I tried the two old ones individually and also the new one with the same result happening also trying them in different slots

Asrock z87 pro3, fractal design 750w bronze 80+, i5 4670k, corsair h110i and hyperx 8gb x2

Everytime I start my computer it first restarts after 1second then starts up for about 50seconds before restarting again and keeps repeating this process. During this process nothing will show up on the screen and neither the keyboard nor mouse will light up meaning it just isn't the screen...

So my display won't show until the windows login screen shows up which means it skips the bios screen, This problem occured when I got my new graphics card gtx 970, it didn't occur with my integrated graphics nor my gtx 760. Anyone got a solution?
