So my display won't show until the windows login screen shows up which means it skips the bios screen, This problem occured when I got my new graphics card gtx 970, it didn't occur with my integrated graphics nor my gtx 760. Anyone got a solution?

So you have no idea it's even booting until Windows starts to load, correct?

Hmmm...could cause an issue when trying to get into the BIOS.

Do you have just the one monitor or multi-monitor setup?

VGA, HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort?

I've only tried HDMI and VGA but no difference

What kind of PSU do you have and how many watts does it output? There's a possibility that your PSU may not supply enough juice during bootup since power use spikes during that time.

It looks like the 760 and 970 have similar enough power needs. So this may not be it but I think it's a possibility especially if you have a lower rated PSU.

EDIT:

Just found this on another forum:

Though the monitor may not support the 640x480 resolution while BIOS and OS are loading, Init Display First may be set to the other graphics card that's not driving the monitor:

Init Display First
Specifies the first initiation of the monitor display from the installed PCI graphics card or the PCI Express graphics card.
PCI Sets the PCI graphics card as the first display. (Default)
PCIE x16-1 Sets the PCI Express graphics card on the PCIEX16_1 slot as the first display.
PCIE x16-2 Sets the PCI Express graphics card on the PCIEX16_2 slot as the first display.
PCIE x8-1 Sets the PCI Express graphics card on the PCIEX8_1 slot as the first display.
PCIE x8-2 Sets the PCI Express graphics card on the PCIEX8_2 slot as the first display.

To access the BIOS Setup program, press the <Delete> key during the POST when the power is turned on. To see more advanced BIOS Setup menu options, you can press <Ctrl> + <F1> in the main menu of the BIOS Setup program.

Just thought of something else too. Did you disable your integrated graphics through the BIOS? Maybe it's trying to output first to the onboard video then when Windows loads realizes it's supposed to go through the 970.

gonna give it a try
EDIT: It didn't work and it was allready set to run my 970 as primary
