Whenever I play any game my games lag/stutter I don't know if its a hardware issue or my OS that is eating a lot of CPU usage.

I want to change (upgrade) my drive and using the same WIN 8.1 key. Is it possible toI format the current drive and use the key on the new one without having to buy a new key?

I checked the GPU under 'device management', it gave me a error "code 43".

Well I don't really want to reinstall it, I'm currently using integrated graphics... Just google artifacts of a dying GPU.

Its like a checkers board when my screen is on dark pages or when I'm in games it looks all f*cked to hell, I can't even load a game without it crashing and giving me a display error. Could this caused by PCI 3.0 slot because the ASrock board I have is quite flimsy.

Throw away the card, I have the same problem. Better off buying a new one.
