CPU bottle necking?

Whenever I play any game my games lag/stutter I don't know if its a hardware issue or my OS that is eating a lot of CPU usage.

What resolution are you playing at? If you have OC'ed that CPU, you should have not much problem. It is still pretty good. Try reinstalling the GPU drivers.

1080p. Nothing was OC'd.

Install Afterburner and look at the usage stats of your processor and video card. This will help you determine what's going on.

I think it's the system (SSD or OS) or the CPU. I've changed my file system true a command; diskpart and might of screwed something up, but I'm not sure. Thinking of getting a new SSD.
