    Skyline system for $1,200?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tgQxzy I'd go with this, but I would hold out on buying the GPU. Nvidia's Pascal GPUs are coming out next year, and they are supposed to blow everything currently out there out of the water.

280mm radiator in Fractal Design Arc Mini R2

The top of the Fractal Arc Mini R2 has space for either two 120mm or 140mm fans, yet the spec sheet only lists 240mm radiator compatibility. Intel supposedly launched the 6700K and 6600K today with their announcement at Gamescom, but it appears that only on retailer has listings for them - NCIX. To make matters more confusing, NCIX is on backorder. Did the new i5 and i7 launch today and NCIX just got flooded with orders (being the...

Are GPUs purchased direct from Nvidia binned?

Could someone please answer my question, though? I would also prefer that you provide some sort of evidence, otherwise your claim has the same relevance as that of the Craigslist seller's.

Best way to install a OS on a just-built PC?

Make sure to boot the USB drive in UEFI mode. No point in booting and installing it the legacy way - you'll end up with a 2 TB storage limit. :(
