Sounds strange but try changing ports on your router/modem had this same problem due to a faulty port on my router that was loose.

Try plugging it into a different port on your router

Okay i know my case pulls from the front and pushes out the back the front fan is filtered so ill put my desk fan in front of it. It's about 65 in my house so that could be a problem.

Ive had my computer built for a good year now with out the 960 so its not an issue with thermal paste. I think my onboard is trying to run it at ultra which is just destroying the temps. Could be wrong readings tho cuz performance was very solid and consistent. Unless speccy is montioring mobo...
