Already done that. I'm now looking for a program that measures the boot time of programs and services. I found BootRacer but it won't measure the services boot time(at least I didn't find it).

I've made a bench with Geekbench and the results are quite similar to other G4400's: Strange, isn't it? Or Geekbench doesn't pull too much power? (<20 watt)

EDIT: When doing the benchmark the clock speed shows ~800MHz:

I've installed the chipset drivers and it still can't pass the 20 watt!
