Nooooo 770s are not worth near that much. You can get them a hundred dollars less used. It out performs the 960 by like 10-15percent so I wouldnt say its worth $80 more.

If it was me I would go for a used GTX 770 from /r/hardwareswap on reddit. You can get them as low as 160 all the way up to $200. If you dont feel comfortable buying used, go for the 960. You play similiar games to me. Not sure if you've heard but project cars runs TERRIBLE on Radeon cards.

MSI is a pretty good brand. They make pretty dang good computer componets. Im guessing they make good laptops. Having that GT 750M will be nice for graphic intensive tasks. If you can, go for a laptop with a GTX as that will make a difference. Anyhow, this looks like a pretty good laptop.
