When will there be cards under $400 again?

I am using quadpay to get stuff because I don't have $1500 up front and I have to buy a couple things and pay it off (using my full amount) to get approved for a higher amount. Why looking at one part a time so can build up my credit limit so can get a decent graphics card.

I am building a new computer because my mom is officially working at home permanently and she took over my computer lol I don't have the money for massive upgrades like a $500 processor... If I can get the 5500xt returned, I was gonna go with a 5600xt... I was just wondering how much worse...

So another general question The 9600k is unlocked but the 10400 is a newer chip. I am slowing buying parts over the next 2 or 3mos, would that make it smarter to go for a 10th gen over a 9th?

I was curious is someone could tell me exactly what the letters mean? I know K is unlocked. What does F mean? KF? I was looking at the i5 10400 and the i5 9600. But the 10400 comes with no letters or 10400F. I saw the 9600 was either with a K or KF.

I thought the ASRock looked cooler I've only ever had Sapphire and MSI cards So not sure on the ASRock brand...
