Since you didn't list the brand/make/model of the PSU...well my first instinct was to say possibly an underpowered or poorly performing PSU. It could be a couple things, but the most common reason for a "shutdown" is temperatures. Your cpu will shut down to protect itself. Use AIDA64 to log temps during a RealBench stress test. Let it run for at least 30 minutes, and if it makes it thru without shutting down go back through the log...
